Gas turbine at Finspong plant

The SGT-500 industrial gas turbine has a power output range from 15 to 20 megawatts. The three-shaft configuration is used for industrial power generation and for mechanical drive applications. The gas turbine can fire a whole range of different fuels, including crude oil, naphtha, low-calorific value gases and gases with high hydrogen content. The photo shows manufacture of the SGT-500 gas turbine at the Finspong plant in Sweden.
