125kW-Class Modular Combined Heat and Power Unit

SFC-200, a 125 kW SOFC cogeneration system, is Siemens' pre-commercial product. It will operate at atmospheric pressure with electrical efficiency of 45-50% and overall system energy efficiency of >80%, assuming steam/hot water or other cogeneration. The first prototype of the SFC-200 was a 100 kW SOFC system that operated successfully in the Netherlands and Germany for >20,000 hours.
