The Siemens Gasification Test Center is located at our headquarters in Freiberg, and is the most comprehensive gasification test facility in the world. With the extensively equipped test facility, we are able to test customer-specific fuels, optimize the overall gasification process and thereby minimize the total cost of ownership for our customers.
Up to now, the facilities have been used to gasify more than 90 different fuels ranging from different coals, petroleum coke, waste oils, biomass, various liquid residues, to municipal and industrial sewage sludge.
