The SGT-100-1S single-shaft industrial gas turbine is a proven unit for all electrical power generation and cogeneration applications. It offers high efficiency and reliability and operates on a wide range of gaseous and liquid fuels.

Industrial Power Generation

The SGT-100-1S is an ideal unit for industrial power generation, particularly in combined heat and power. In applications where the turbine’s high temperature exhaust is passed through a waste heat recovery unit or boiler, overall thermal efficiencies of up to 95% can be achieved. The steam raised may also be used in small scale combined cycle applications in conjunction with a steam turbine. Alternatively exhaust heat may be utilized for drying of industrial products.

Power Generation in the Oil and Gas Industry

The compact arrangement of the SGT-100-1S, its on-site maintainability and inherent reliability, have made it the gas turbine of choice for the oil and gas industry. The SGT-100-1S is employed on offshore platforms and Floating Production Storage and Off-loading (FPSO) vessels worldwide. In addition, it has Lloyds certification for marine propulsion for FPSO´s. Onshore, the SGT-100-1S is the ideal power generator for oil field service, refinery applications, emergency and standby power generation.
