Shift Management

The solution components for the Plant Management Shift Management have specifically been developed for supporting production shifts in power plants and industrial plants, e.g. in the chemical industry. Not only do they support the flexible planning of shifts and reliable shift management, they also allow a professionally structured manual or automated logging of all relevant shift events and disturbances in the plant.

Important process variables can be input manually or acquired automatically from the DCS or process information system and displayed graphically. The information in the shift log is available online at all workstations and can be evaluated by numerous criteria and shown in statistics.

In addition, shift instructions and shift orders can be created, addressed and confirmed. Acknowledgement and execution are registered and thus auditably documented.
