Siemens Gas Turbine Training courses can be delivered in our Lincoln training center, at the customer's site or at a neutral location for SGT-100 to SGT-400 and in our Finspong training centre for SGT-500 to SGT-800.
Basic technology training focuses on the basics of our product groups. Participants will get an insight into the relevant health and safety, engine design, major components, thermodynamics, principles of operation and maintenance procedures of the product group. These classroom-based courses are supplied as open enrollment courses and can be supplied at either the customers' location or Siemens facility.
Tailor made training focuses the individual equipment of the customer. Participants will get an in-depth explanation of design, major components and thermodynamics with the emphasis on operation, maintenance and instrumentation of the addressed equipment. These classroom-based courses can be supplied at either customers' location or Siemens facility.
Participants of hands-on training courses get an in-depth knowledge on maintenance procedures of the equipment by performing excercises on their own on training modules representing the original Siemens turbomachinery products and designs. Hands-On training courses are supplied at our purpose-built training facilities.
